When will I receive my order?

The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows (not including handling days):

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our offices located in Madrid.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet, what do I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

1. Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

2. Ask for your order at your local post office.

3. Ask your neighbors if the carrier left your package with them.

I received a wrong or damaged product, what do I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please email us at support@takethetopo.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!


What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any product.

We will only offer size exchanges for Art Clothes related products.
